You may return most unwanted products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging where practical.
- Contact us via WhatsApp or the contact page within 7 days with your order details and reason for return.
- Items should be unused and in original packaging where practical.
- Faulty or incorrect items are prioritised for replacement or refund under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) — defective goods are not limited to the 7-day change-of-mind window.
- Return shipping may apply for change-of-mind returns; we will confirm case by case. We cover return shipping when the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
